In the most explosive novel Brad Thor has ever written, minute after captivating minute of action, intrigue, loyalty, and betrayal will keep you hooked until the very last sentence.
I have done this for the past 5 years. I am not going to ruin the book for anyone but I will tell you that this book will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end! Way to go Brad Thor. I must agree with Wayne Matthews, NC. I downloaded this book the minute I woke up this morning and unfortunately am down to the last two hours. This book is without a doubt one of the best in this series. As a general rule I really don't like to draw comparisons between authors but with this book Brad Thor has upped his game and put himself in a higher category with other authors of the same genre who I had previously thought of as better.
I sure hope this continues and can't wait for the next! If you found this review helpful please indicate so. Thank You. Seemed clunky. Start was disjointed and tried in vain to recover but never could. Too bad I love SH. Armand Schultz narrates superbly as usual. Come on Brad! This was trite and you know it.
Up your game. Better read than written. The way this author writes you're never in fear that the main character will die. Brad you knocked it out the park again! I'm curious to see who's going to lead the Carlton group in the next book! OMG just go ahead buy it already! I was hooked from the first chapter! Armand Schultz great as usual I think Scot Harvath needs to really retire.
Hard to finish the miracles and magical discoveries that got the hero from place to place. Simply not my kind of plot. Add to Cart failed. Please try again later. Add to Wish List failed. Exciting and engaging, quick paced filled with action. Russell Baker. Great story. Compelling characters and colorful details. They were fearless; men of honor who have been known throughout history by different names: Spartan, Viking, Samurai. Today, men like these still strike from the shadows.
They are highly prized intelligence agents, military operatives, and assassins. One man is all three. Two days ago, that man was crossed—badly. Now, far from home and surrounded by his enemy, Scot Harvath must battle his way out. With no support, no cavalry coming, and no one even aware of where he is, it will take everything he has ever learned to survive.
Harvath wants revenge.
