Apparently all these people don't know what they are doing. I've had my system for 3 years and other then replacing one camera it works great! I have no problems with the app.
I'm a truck driver and gone from home a lot and it's nice to able to check on the house while I'm gone. The few times I had trouble with connecting customer service was very quick to answer and very helpful. Took all the time I needed to get things going. Only suggestion I have is, I think it's time to update this app. Last update was 2years ago! This is the best you can do?
That's if it even does the app crashes half the time, and it's really annoying to deal with this. I would advise to get better developers, or i'll just get a better and more reliable system that actually works.
